An interactive workshop to support leadership in meetings. When people come together in meetings they bring their unique ideas and perspectives which is a gift, but can also present challenges. When making tough decisions, effective leadership in meetings can strengthen engagement and further the purpose of the organization. Without effective leadership, those challenging conversations can tear the group apart. This workshop is for anyone who would like to improve their skills for leading meetings.

Facilitated by Credence & Co.

Credence provides interactive workshops and training programs. They engage participants and integrate skill development through story-based learning and interactive dialogue. A combination of videos, diagrams, and activities will be used throughout the training to accommodate various learning styles, allowing participants to digest the content and immediately begin applying it to their daily lives
