He is risen indeed!

We Respond with Prayer and Thanksgiving

Song:179. Hallelujah, hallelujah, give thanks to the risen Christ.

Prayer for Gifts and Givers: On this Easter Day, we gather in spirit, where we cannot gather at this time in place. We lift up all churches and communities of faith in our Region of East Central Ontario. We hold up in our Cycle of Prayer, the people and minister of the Cressy-Glenora Pastoral Charge. We pray that all ways they are giving, to support the ministry of their churches, in their communities at this time, and all their gifts to our Mission and Service fund, may be blessed, along with ours. Asking your blessing on all gifts and all givers, O God, we pray in Christ’s name. Amen.

Prayers of the People

Silence

The Lord’s Prayer: Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those that trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil; for thine is the kingdom, the power, and the glory, for ever and ever. Amen.

Closing Hymn: 173. Thine is the glory.
