John the Baptist

Tommy and Eddie present Little Billy and Mr. Drummond to tell a story. It’s not a story about denominations, but about how John the Baptist was working to prepare the way for Jesus.

Jesus Blesses the Children (NEW)

The Little Children: Watch as Tommy and Eddie reenact the story from Luke 18:15-17 as a grandma and grandson. You’ll be reminded that Jesus came to earth because nothing is as important to God as His children, including you!

Jesus and Nicodemus

In the kickoff to season 2 of Bedtime Bible Stories, Tommy and Eddie reenact the story of Jesus and Nicodemus from John 3 and explore what it means to be born again.

Jesus & the Rich Young Ruler

Tommy and Eddie take on the roles of Peter and Andrew as they try to figure out what Jesus tells a rich young ruler who asks how to get eternal life. They can’t comprehend why he wouldn’t surrender everything for Jesus.

Zacchaeus

Tonight, there’s no better duo to tell the story of Zacceaus than Mr. Drummond and Little Billy. Find out what grace looks like when Jesus invites this “wee little man” to dinner.

Jesus and the Perfume

Bart and Thomas, two of the disciples, help Tommy and Eddie tell the story of the woman, who was in Bethany at the home of Simon the Leper, who anointed Jesus with her expensive perfume. You’ll be challenged to think about what is pouring out of you and changing the atmosphere around you.

Here is an animated version of Jesus being anointed is found in John 12:1-8. This happens in Bethany, but at the home of Lazarus and Lazarus, sister Mary, did the anointing. Unfortunately, the person who posted the video sadly does not give credit to whoever created the video.

Widow’s Offering

In this episode, Tommy and Eddie act out the story of the widow’s offering from Luke 21:1-4. You’ll laugh along with the guys and think about what it means to give what you can.

Jesus teaches a lot about being generous. We can find out about it all over the Bible, like in Malachi 3:10, Matthew 6:21, Matthew 19:16-30, Matthew 25:31-36, Mark 12:41-44 and 2 Corinthians 9:7.

Activity Ideas

Read this story about Mrs. Mark’s Gingersnap Cookies on giving. Then ask mom if she’d help you bake some Gingersnap Cookies that could be shared with a neighbour.

Draw pictures/words of hope and hang in your front windows for people to see OR using sidewalk chalk draw on your driveway words/pictures of hope, all to give people a smile and let them know we are all in this together.

Remember to keep your distance (a hockey stick length) from anyone who comes walking by while your drawing outside.
